U.S. MAIL FILING
You may file any documents by U.S. Mail addressed to:

Garfield Heights, Ohio 44125
Documents sent by U.S. Mail are not filed until they are actually received by the Clerk. Documents not actually received by the Clerk for any reason, i.e. lost or stolen from the mail, shall not be deemed filed. You may send an extra copy of the document intended to be filed along with a self addressd stamped envelope and the Clerk will return a time stamped copy to you by mail as proof of filing.
